I have a 1992 Toyota 4runner SR5 V6 3.0
204,000 miles I just got the truck;
When the engine is cold, the oil pressure gauge reads just above the low mark, but still in between the ok range; when the truck is warm, the gauge reads right at the "L". The gauge moves back & forth a bit between these two areas. The truck seems to run good. Any suggestions?

Oil pressure relief valve may be sticking, worn oil pump, or the rod and main bearings are worn. Either way, you're probably running on borrowed time.

Check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge, since from what you say the engine is not making any mechanical noise (knocking, tapping).
