Will not start after replacing the timing chain

Changed a broken timing chain and timed it with marks, but it wont start. is it possible to be 180 out with marks right?

Hi,

This engine is said to be a non-interference engine. However, I have seen when the chain breaks when the engine is running, the valves get bent.

Do me a favor. Please record it cranking and upload it for me to hear. I may be able to recognize the problem.
