Hello,
If you are able to make the engine run with pouring fuel into the throttle, then the issue is fuel related.
You could have a bad fuel pump, fuel pump regulator or a bad relay.
First of all can you hear the fuel pump come on when you turn the key to the on position?
If you can hear the pump then check fuel pressure. Inadequate or no pressure will make the engine not to start.
A bad fuel pressure regulator can prevent fuel from reaching the engine. It can also be due to a clogged fuel line.
With the key on and engine off you should have 60-66 PSI of fuel pressure.
Here is a helpful article on how to test fuel pressure:

If you do not hear the pump come on when turning on the key then first check the fuel pump relay.
That relay is located behind the glovebox compartment on the passenger side (see diagram).
Inspect the relay for any corrosion or burnt pin(s).
The relay can also be tested:

If the rely is bad replace it. If the relay is good then check to see if you have getting power to the fuel pump connector. If you have power to that connector then you have a bad fuel pump. If there is no power then you will have to check the wiring harness.

I have attached the diagrams for your reference.
Please let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
