1997 Chevy S-10 Two Wheel Drive Manual

My son was driving his s10 home when it just quit running on the highway. I have replaced the fuel pump, fuses, fuel pump relays, fuel pump oil pressure switch, fuel injectors, battery, and main computer. It will turn over but does not start and it would appear that the fuel pump still is not coming on. What could be the problem?

Is this a blazer or truck, also is it a 2.2 or 4.3 engine?

At the fuel pump relay orange wire jumper it to the gray wire did the fuel pump come On? If so the computer is not grounding the relay.
