THE ENGINE WONT ROLL EVERY OTHER THING WORKS

Mileage is 141903
I drove to the store to pick groceries
left music playing on battery while gone
spent about 15 minutes
coming out of the store I tried to start but it wont
i got someone to give me a jump and it still wont
i had it towed home, and I checked the oil it was low
i gauged it, though over-gauged it and have the battery charged, it wont till start, all the dash board light goes off except for battery and engine oil.
i have checked all the fuses and relays they seem to be perfect what do I do I need your answers
