If my car sits out in the cold for more than 3 hours it won't start. It will crank but eventually starts on the fourth or more try depending how cold it is. It's flooded when it does fire up. I've replaced coil packs (all 8) plugs tps maf coolant head temp sensor fuel pump fuel filter. Cold reading between the integrated iac with the coolant sensor read within 1 degree of each other. The car is sitting at a Ford dealership for a week now and still no answer. Anything else I can suggest to them to help?

There is a tsb for hard start 12-7-4 but not sure what has been done at dealer. Other than that you have to ak if they have scanned for codes an if fuel pressure is good.

Thanks for responding. I mentioned that to them when I dropped the car off. So far that wasn't the problem. I talked to them about 30 mins ago and they've been talking to engineers at ford? Anyways they were told to disconnect the vapor system ( I believe that's what they said) they're no codes on the car unfortunately.

Well I ate to interfere with someone else working on it, most mechanics are that way it may be a crank sensor as a lot of times it won't throw a code but not be good, same for cam sensor. But I don't know if it's getting spark and no fuel either.
