Noises problem
1997 Subaru Outback All Wheel Drive Automatic 140000 miles

my exhaust is extremely loud. Something is also rattling. I know its going to be a big job. The problem is I dont have the money to fix it right now. I will in a few weeks. I cant make the money to fix it if I cant drive to work. I just need to know how I can quiet it just for a couple weeks til I can get it fixed. I dont want to get pulled over for loud exhaust. I cant afford a ticket. I hope you can help. Thank you so much

You can geta uffler for 20 bucks and have it welded on.

Either that or you can choose to accelerate slower that way it wont be so loud. And when you see a cop get off the gas and itll quiet right down.

Usually youll get a fix it ticket. You wont be fined. Just told to fix it by such and such a date.
