Loud rattling noise

So I had a muffler welded on and this rattling noise that is very loud started coming from the front. It only does it on a level road and when I am coasting. I took the muffler off and the problem is still there. Any tips would be awesome thanks.

Check the heat shield for cracks and loose attachments and also misalignment sound as if the problem is there.
