We need to start with figuring out what is causing the no start. You need fuel, spark, and compression in order to start the engine. So let's start with using starting fluid in the intake and see if the engine fires. If it does then we will tackle a fuel issue.

Next pull a plug out and hold it against the block and crank the engine to see if there is spark. If not, we can tackle a spark issue.

The only catch is if we have a no spark issue we could still have a no fuel issue so we need to go step by step.

Here are some guides that will help with this:

Well that leaves compression. We should do a compression check just to be sure but two things to rule out first.

If you have been cranking this engine for a while and it is not firing but is spraying fuel then the plugs may be fouled and not able to produce a strong enough spark to start the engine.

Also, can you tell us the history to this? Was it running one day and then stopped? Can you get a recording of the vehicle starting? The sound of it cranking may help tell us what could be happening.
