IT WONT START AT ALL THE FRONT WAS IN A CRASH. I REMOVED THE BUMPER AND MADE SURE IT WASNT LEAKING ANY FLUIDS. A NEW BATTERY AND IT WONT MAKE A SOUND FROM THE KEY

You sure its no a security issue-If not check the starter motor, starter relay, park/neutral switch, and ignition switch-double check battery condition and condition

The imformation center says the starting system is dis able does this means that it is a relay

This is a bad key cylinder causing this. Youll need to replace it.
