Replacement engine not starting properly

I just had a motor, A/C compressor and starter done and I had picked up the car I had put gas in and tried to start it and it had a hard time starting, so I let the first time go I got started finally and got the car home. I went out a about 2 hours later and tried to startle car again and the car almost didn't even start it made a loud whine sound and the started. I just put $8,800.00 dollars into the car what could be the issues?

when it cranks over does it sound normal? does it sounds like the battery is low? to be sure this guide can help. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can hear the noise? that would be great. You can upload it here with your response.
