If I understand, when you turn the key, the starter doesn't engage, correct? If that is the case, the first thing I recommend checking is the 150amp mega fuse (number 2) in the battery junction box.
If that is good, check fuse 13 in the battery junction box. When checking the fuse, in addition to just checking it, confirm there is power to and from it as well. Here is a link you may find helpful:

If that checks god, then move to the starter relay in the battery junction box. Confirm it is good. You can switch it with a different relay having the same part number or here is a link that explains how to test one:

If the relay checks good, move to the starter. Have a helper turn the key to the start position while you check for power to the blue wire with the white tracer. It should only get 12v when the key is in the start position.
If you look below, the first two pics show the entire wiring schematic for the starting system. I highlighted wires specific to the starter. Also, keep in mind, there could be an issue with the park/neutral safety switch. So, see if it starts when placed in neutral.
One last fuse. Check fuse 75 under the dash at the BCM. Pic 3 shows it.
The remaining pictures show fuse locations within the box.
Let me know what you find or if you have other questions.
Take care,
Joe
