New starter installed and it started to start without the key in the start position

It looks like a set of battery cables, a connector for reading information and an amp clamp for a voltmeter.

Well I have not been able to get my car started yet. Yesterday I took off the driver's door panel there was a connection that was not plugged in just a door light put it back together and now my door locks do not automatically lock and my lights do not come and my buzzer does not buzz when my door is open.
