About a week ago I did the transmission fluid change and replaced two solenoids that are withing reach. As well as the filter. This was done due to code p1714, after everything was done the car gave the same problem, it was in limp mode. I then did research and went to check the connectors. I found one in the right side of the transmission that had transmission fluid in it, and maybe it was causing in the transmission wiring. After removing it taking it apart and cleaning it and connecting everything back, I started the car but it only was cranking. I check for spark and didn't see any, I knew my fuel pump was working because I could hear the humming sound it does. I then decided to replace the crank sensor. After installing it and putting the A/C clutch back it did the same thing. But I noticed that my fuel pump was not humming. It has been like that since Wednesday. Today I bought some starter fluid and sprayed in the intake. After that I crank the vehicle and it won't start and I notice a slow crank. Well, I don't have fuel I don't have spark.
I will admit I had been using the multimeter when fixing the transmission connector and I ask myself if maybe I caused it to be a short. All fuses good all relays good. Now I'm at the point of not knowing what to do.
