Hello, I bought a 2008 PT cruiser 3 years ago and the guy said the shifter bushing needed to be replaced but I had never seen a problem until the last few months when it wouldn't go in park and would need to start in neutral. Then yesterday I pulled in driveway and thought I put it in park but car rolled wen I let off brake so I looked at dash and although lever was at park position the light said it was in the 3rd or at the three. Lol so I tried to move lever, and it was stuck I turned off key and removed key then we went to replace bushing and noticed the cable is bent at console and now key won't cum out. Please help.

As Ken says, with the cable bent you will likely need to replace it. Before you do that you can try holding the brake and shift the lever into low and see if the cables straightens out. If it does you can get the bushings that go into the cable and just replace those, if you can find them. Parts for older cars are getting to be difficult to find these days.
