1985 Saturn SL1 Ignition or Alternator?

My car ran fine this morning and all day. I went to start the car tonight and it wouldn't turn over. I put the clutch in, turn the key and all I hear is a single click. The heat and stereo are both running though, so I don't think it's the battery. Not sure exactly what it is. It was also freezing cold out (-6F). I don't know if this was a factor.

No crank at all/nothing/nada:

Could be the starter, starter relay, park and neutral switch, Clutch switch and ignition switch assuming the battery and connections are good.
