1993 Saturn Sl1 Think Car May Overheating Checked Tested Fan Does Work

I think my car may have an overheating problem, I checked the tested the fan and it does work but i have not herd it run besides when i tested it. I then thought the relay may be bad so i swapped it out with another one in the fuse box. still have not herd it kick on??

Let the car run till the temp gauge reaches 3/4 on the gauge if the fan doesn't come on replace the bottom coolant temp sensor with two wires going. To it when the engine is cold.Also inspect the inside of. The connector if the terminals are blue or green instead of silver also replace the connector.
