My car won't start

I have a 1996 Saturn SL, 130,724 miles. It won't start AT ALL! Nothing in it works, the power windows, the radio, the power locks. I've tried taking the battery out and charging it and putting it back in, but that still hasnt done anything to it! Also when it was running my air wasnt working, my speedometer wasnt working, and the car jerks really bad. The car has just been sitting for the past 3 months cause it wont crank so I can move it. Is it worth fixing? Please help me! I need my car

So you stopped driving it because it wouldn't crank? That is, nothing happens when you turn the key?

Have you tried jumping it with a running vehicle?

Is that battery really taking a charge?

Are all the connections clean and tight?
At both ends?
