Tested the 02 but stays at .800-.878 and dosent drop to .300 dont know why but i replaced the 02 and the check engine goes on still

There is more than one oxygen sensor. You will need to test them all no matter which one the code is pinpointing to be at fault. If all sensors are OK, flow test the catalytic converter. A clogged/faulty converter will also throw an O2 sensor code..
