Rumbling Sound during acceleration

I’m looking for advice on how to diagnose this rumbling sound on my 2006 Lexus IS350. The noise has been happening for several thousand miles at this point and hasn’t been effecting the driveability of the car.

The sound never presents itself in park or neutral, only drive and reverse. The noise follows the RPMs of the car. The sound triggers when accelerating from a stop and rarely happens when at highway speed. (60+ mph) There is a vibration I can feel through the pedals and it seems to occur more often when the car is at an incline.

The car has 169K miles on it now and the previous owner, who said he was a mechanic, had told me that he replaced the transmission at 150k with the correct Toyota fluid. I recently performed a drain and fill while leveling the fluid correctly. I had a PO761 and P2714 code before the service, and now only the P2714 remains. The fluid was dirty but not to a level I would consider disastrous to the transmission.

The car drives perfectly fine despite the awful sound it makes. The transmission has gotten stuck in 3rd or 4th gear before but has been driving perfectly fine since then which was even before the service I did.

Would greatly appreciate some advice. Thanks.
