RSC stands for Roll Stability Control. For an RSC light fault you will need a more advance scanner to read out the ABS/Traction control module. If you can get the codes and post them on here we can do some research to see what is going on. Since the RSC is a more advance traction control system, any little thing can trigger it and cut power to the engine control module. One thing is your steering wheel. If it is off centered the steering angle sensor will see the steering wheel off while trying to drive past twenty five mph, it will think your steering out of control at high speeds and cut power to the engine. One tire being smaller or bigger then the other will cause problems also?
So a code scan should be done first. Your local parts store may or may not be able to do this function since there code readers are more designed for engine management. If you do have a steering wheel off centered then have an alignment done and after have them do a zero point calibration. That procedure is when you have the wheel straight reset the angle. That will be your zero point. If you have wrong size tires, install the proper tire size indicated on the door pillar sticker.
