Reverse light wire cut

I just discovered that my reverse lights wire has been cut/ripped. I found it in the engine bay, but I couldn’t find where it was torn from. Should I just jump it from the fuse and if so, which fuse would it be? I don’t have an electric tester.

Hello,

The reverse light fuse is fuse E(15A) in the engine fuse box, see picture below.
The purple/orange wire supplies the reverse light switch at the transmission. See picture 3 below.
From there the switch closes the circuit and supplies the backup lamps.
