My problem started a couple days ago. It's been snowing heavily and I turned my car on to clean the snow off and a bunch of lights in the dash turned on at once. I tried turning the car off an on to see if they would go away but then the car would not turn off. I have to hold the push to start button to get the engine off but then everything inside stays on such as the radio. Please help. I had to unplug the battery so it wouldn't drain.

Hi,

If you keep your foot off the brake, you should be able to push the start button to shut things off.

As far as the issue, it could be several things. Because of the year and design of the vehicle, you really need to have the can-bus system scanned. CAN stands of controller area network. Basically, multiple modules and computers are tied together with a few wires. By scanning the can, it should identify which module is affected.

Here is a video showing how this is done:

That is where I would start. If you do it and find specific codes, let me know what they are and I'll be able to start directing you.

Let me know if this helps or if you have other questions.

Take care and God Bless,

Joe
