Programmed PCM installed now vehicle will not start

I bought a program PCM from our computer resources just received it in the mail installed it; now vehicle will not start. if I put the old PCM in the fires right up but with the new one it will not start and is supposedly programmed with the right VIN and all of that.

I am attaching the information about flashing this ECM. I would recommend you contact the company you bought it from and make sure it was not pre-programmed. Most of them that you buy online are already programmed. So if yours is then it is either the wrong software installed in it or the ECM could be defective. I would start with the info that the original ECM starts the vehicle and this one does not.

If it is not programmed then take a look at this info to get it flashed. You will need the capable scan tool or the CD option that it talks about.
