I want to make my car not to be able to start it.

I have a serious problem with someone who doesn't have a license who wont take no for an answer. I hope you can help me. I want to know is there anything that I can do to the car so it wont start? Something that is not so obvious

Not really. Just take the keys away and lock them in a lock box so the person cannot access them. The system is very difficult to bypass to start
