Welcome to 2CarPros.
It could be a few things. You could have fuel pressure but nothing getting into the engine. Does is start for a couple seconds using starting fluid?
If not, then the next concerns are timing and or engine compression. If timing is off, it won't run. Also, timing can cause low compression which will not allow the engine to start.
With that, I need you to check engine compression. If it is low, then we will need to check the timing.
Here are the specs as far as what is needed for compression:
Compression [1]
Nominal .................... 1,230 KPa (178 psi)
Minimum .................... 930 KPa (135 psi)
Maximum Variation .................... 200 KPa (28 psi)
[1] 200 rpm and wide open throttle
Here is a link showing how to check compression:

If we determine low compression, the next step will be to check if the timing belt has jumped time or if there is an internal engine issue such as stuck valves, blown head gasket, worn piston rings and so on.
If you have confirmed there is spark and fuel and the engine still fails to start even with starting fluid, this is the next step.
Take care and let me know what you find or if you have other questions.
Joe
