Power locks stopped working?

My power locks stopped working the other day, all of them, even the tailgate, don't unlock or lock with the buttons in the truck or the key fob. I checked the fuse under the hood and it's good. I know the lock relay block is behind the right side of the dash but is it really possible all three relays went bad at once.

We need to check fuse #3 in the fuse panel under the hood, and if that is okay there is a system ground at the lower right kick panel.
