how do I replace a door lock actuator in my 2003 ford expedition?

Remove the door trim panel, use a trim panel tool and go slow so you don't break the retainers on the inside of the panel. Here is a guide that will help

The lock actuator is the latch so here is a diagrams to help you replace the latch.
