My car will not start. It wants to start but will not kick over all the way. I have replaced the fuel pump and in line fuel filter, the fuel regulator, battery, starter, and nothing has changed in the smallest way it still sounds the same as it did before I started working on it. I have fuel pressure between 44 and 49 opened the air filter sprayed starting fluid into the side without the filter and it started, ran rough, but would only stay started if we continuously sprayed the starting fluid once we stopped the spray the engine shut off. Not sure what to do. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Getting spark, fuel, power, checked fuses and relays all seemed to be in order.

If spraying starter fluid in makes it run and you have good fuel pressure it sounds like the injectors are not operating. I would check that the main fuse number seven that feeds the injectors is good. If it is okay then unplug the injectors one at a time and see if it runs after you disconnect an injector. Those units like to short out, if one or two short out they draw all the power and the others do not fire very well if at all.
Next would be to check for a signal from the cam and crank sensors. A loss of either one will shut the engine off.
