Put new fuel pump and what happens when you turn the key there is power to fuel pump and then after about ten seconds the power to fuel pump stops, replace fuse and relay still does it, why

Unless the engine is running, it will be only 2 seconds that is stays on. It will continue to run when the computer sees a tach signal. It will shut the fuel pump off when there is no RPM signal.

Then you have to find out if the pump power is really stopping or the pump is just consuming too much and find the cause.

How are you determining the power is dropping out? If you are monitoring the gray wire and the pump shorts out, it will give yoiu the appearance of no power when in reality. it is just consuming it. If it truly is dropping out, then you have to determine where it is being lost by following a wiring diagram.
