Car window motor replacing

Need help replacing car window motor. Do I have to remove the window to get to the old motor? It has been released from the rivets and I dont know what all is holding it in place.

Hi,
the window needs to be held up and released from the window regulator, look close and you will see what I mean, two clips dealer parts are all one piece motor and regulator
