2001 Pontiac Grand Am security light

My 2001 Pontiac Grand AM is having some problems. The Security light is on, not all of the time, but when it is on I am unable to use my radio, air conditioner, cruise control, interior lights, trunk latch button, door lock button. One time it would NOT start and then I kept playing with it. Trying to start it, listening to see if the fuel pump was working (IT WAS) , undoing the gas cap and then it did start eventually start. But now it is just the security light and all the symptoms of that;unable to use my radio, air conditioner, cruise control, interior lights, trunk latch button, door lock button.

For anyone that is having similar problems I got my car fixed $851.00 it was the body control modulure.
