the brakes keep slippin but they r new brake pads it catches then acts like it dont want 2 hold then it gives out

Is the pedal going to the floor
and if so check for a brake fluid leaks (brake line or so )
check the master cylinder
do you have ABS light on
check ABS system
check wheel rings
