i have replaced the starter 3 times in the last 4 months and now its out again. It acts like the battery is dead but its brand new.

Welcome to the forum, are you using high quality starters? I'd have to make sure the battery has a full charge and the connections are good. Make sure the charging system is working properly. Next, I'd check for a voltage drop at the starter solenoid circuits. Some of the national brand autostores will test the starter for you, you have to take it off and take it to them. Did the other starters test bad?
