Heater Won't Work puddles of water in my passenger floor board?

Almost a month ago, I began to notice puddles of water in my passenger floor board. I was told that meant my heater core was bad and it was also why my heat wasn't working. I had a mechanic replace the heater core. Once that was done, I had to force my temperature selector to move(it was stuck in the middle) and my heat still didn't work. We then went on to replace the thermostat. My heater still does not work. What could the problem possibly be?

Could be an air mix or blend door not opening due to actuator or vacuum problems

Yep, I agree with RASMATAZ I would check the heater hoses and if hot it will be a blend door problem, I have seen a ink pen fall down into the system which blocks the blend door movement. Please go over this guide to see what I am talking about,

To be sure I would put vacuum to each of the blend door servo motors to see if anything changes, please check out the images below to see what I am talking about. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
