1995 Pontiac Grand Am water in passenger compartment

There is standing water on the floor in front and backseats. This is a continuous problem not related to the weather. Also, in the winter frost develops on the INSIDE of all the windows. What would cause this? The heater and defrostrer work normally but the A/C no longer works.

This seems to be a problem with the 95 Grand Am because I and several others on here have experienced this, but your heater core may need replacing. I'd ask a mechanic to check that.
