Electrical problem
1999 Plymouth Voyager 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

My wife's van will not start sometimes, with only a click (power to everything) when the key is turned sometimes. But it will eventually start, after turning the key on and off again, several times. I replaced the batter & the ground wire, that was old. Any ideas what it could be?

Most likely it is the starter. If you can do the work take it off and take it to your local parts store. Most can Bench Test. If that is not the problem you will then look into the Ignition Switch.... it looks like this and is mounted on the Steering Column.....
