1999 Plymouth Voyager Engine cranks but won't start

The automatic shutdown relay chatters when the key is turned on. Tried a different relay, same problem. All the electrical accessories, lights, radio, etc. Work.

Check for spark
suspect bad crank sensor
do u have check engine light on
with key on
try and crank engine does the light go off
try and scan for codes
or you can cycle the key ON OFF ON OFF ON
read trouble codes in the odometer area or will say DONE if none
let me know
