1991 Plymouth Voyager its just wont start

I tried to start the car the battery is not dead I replaced the distributor cap and the rotor and the wires and when I turn the key noting happens it doesnt even click. It digs cause the key is turn and the lights come one but the car just will not start can anyone help

Test the battery and double check connections-

when I turn the key noting happens it doesnt even click. If it continues to do this your probable causes could be the starter, starter relay, park/neutral switch and ignition switch.
