My passenger fan I noticed is blowing air on the floor but even when I change the mode to blow air in front vents it's still blowing air at the feet. I pinned it down to the Actuator, after some research but unsure where it's at exactly. I think it may be behind the vent blowing air to the floor but I'm unsure. Uploaded a video. I wanted to see if there is any diagram or something that can help me make sure I locate the right thing before I mess with it. Also are there two different types of Actuators? Meaning a left or a right type or is it universal for the HVAC?

I didn't see the video. It sounds like the front passenger mode control actuator is not working here is the location so you can swap it out. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Hello Ken,

This actually helps a lot; I was looking underneath that compartment area. I couldn't figure out how to get the glove compartment out. Do you possibly have instructions on how to get it out?

Here is how to remove the glove box so you can access the blend door actuator. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
