Hello, I have the car listed above LS (new body style). I got into an accident and just replaced bumper and painted car. I noticed my passenger light isn’t working, I changed the bulb and it’s still not working that also was where the impact was on the passenger side. The driver side light works well. Any advice on what to do or what the problem may be.

Hi,

Interestingly, power for the low and high beam comes from different places, so if neither is working, there is a chance the ground was damaged in the accident.

If you look at the attached pic, I highlighted the two wires that supply power. The yellow is for low beam and the white is high beam. Take a test light and see if it lights when you provide a known ground for the test light.

If it lights, locate the ground for the lights. Both go to the same place. If you look at the pic, I circled the grounds and location.

I hope this helps. Let me know what you find or if you have other questions.

Take care and God Bless,

Joe
