Hello,
This sounds like you have either a loose or damaged electrical connector at this headlamp. In the diagrams down below I have included a guide for how to diagnose and repair loose/damaged electrical connectors and intermittent electrical problems. You can also purchase a new electrical connector pigtail at your local auto parts store and replace it. You just need a couple of butt connectors and a wire stripping/crimping tool. We can provide instructions on how to do this as well, if you would like. Please go through the guide and get back to us with what you are able to find out, or if you would like instructions on how to replace the electrical connector pigtail.
Thanks,
Alex
