98 Olds silhouette-hard start

Engine has 140,000 on it. Hard starting, takes two to three times to start. Runs fine, idle fines after start.

How old are the :
Fuel filter, plugs or plug wires?

Try this:
Turn the key to the on position, but not cranking. wait 5 sec.
Turn it back off. wait 5 sec.
Repeat this 3 times.
Now crank it.
Does it start right up?
