1991 Other Oldsmobile Models Car wont start. New battery. No

1991 Other Oldsmobile Models 4 cyl Automatic lots miles

replaced the battery and bad terminal. Car fired up and started. Drove car about an hour. Went home. Turned off car.5 min later car started right up.3 hours later car wont start. Battery is dead. No noise etc. Have lights, radio etc. Was told it is the alternator. Anything else it coud be?

Hello,

It could possibly be the starter. Have you checked the battery connections. The negative cable especially. Make sure the connections are clean and tight at both ends. If you are able remove starter and take it to your local auto supply and ask them to test it.
