1998 Oldsmobile Cutlass Car won't start

Starter turns the engine over but there doesn't seem to be any ignition. Also the warning lights on my dash cluster do not light up.

Hello, I'd make sure the battery has a full charge, all connections to battery, boths ends are ok. Have helper crank engine while you check for spark at the plugs. Have good spark everywhere, use a gage, check fuel pressure.

You might have to check feed to and from the ignition switch? I forgot to check about any theft system?
