Well, this truck has sat for a couple years, I have been fixing it up. I got it running but idle comes and goes and it will not rev past 3,000 when the clutch is pushed in. When it has load, it'll shut off unless you feather your foot at half throttle. I have put new plugs, wires, cap and rotor, and fuel pump. Going to get injections tested and good ones put in. I just want to get others options on if this will fix it or is it something else?

These trucks had problems with clogged catalytic converter systems, here is a guide to help confirm the problem. You can try to loosen the exhaust system from the head pipes to see if it runs better.
