Hi,
If it runs on starting fluid but won't run on the fuel being provided by the pump, either the pump is weak (unlikely since it's new) the PCM has failed, or there is no power to the fuel injectors.
Here is what I need you to do. Each fuel injector will have a pink wire and another wire that is a different color. With the key on (run position/engine off), check to see if you have battery voltage to the pink wires, and let me know what you find.
If there is no power to the injectors, check the injector fuse in the fuse/relay box in front of the strut tower on the passenger side of the vehicle. See pics 3 and 4 below. When you check the fuse, it is also important to confirm there is power to and from it.
Here is a link that explains how that is done:

Power is always present at the injectors when the key is in the start or run position. To actuate the injector, the PCM provides a ground path via the other color wire. If we do have power, we must check for a signal ground via the PCM. The easiest way to do that is using what is called a Noid light. It will plug into the injector harness. If it flashes on and off while cranking, then we have both power and ground. We can cross that bridge if needed.
Let me know what you find.,
Take care,
Joe
