The car will start and run fine for a few days then it simply loses power and shuts off. There is no cranking but the lights all come on. It may start with a boost but will quit in ten minutes, no cranking.
We have checked starter, new brushes, new solenoid. The alternator tests good, the battery tests good. Replaced starter relay. Any ideas?

Look at this possibility.

Alternator is wonderful!

Cannot find a path to the battery so it can charge it.

So like charge the battery fully.

I looked up your rig in "Prodemand"

There are two diagrams for your vehicle under "Charging System"

Figure out which is yours or just check out all of the stuff for both diagrams

What I mean is, check the fuse numbers/fusible links/ etc. That provide the pathway back to the battery. Should something not look right or be there, you probably have just weeded out the wrong diagram!

Locations for the items are listed beside the item.

Return with good news! (I am wild guessing the fusible link) It could just be a loose connection or a broken wire. One of them diagrams should allow you to trace it down.
