My engine will not start up?

Truck will crank but won't fire.

The first things we need to check are fuel, spark, and compression. Here is a guide that covers the basics:

To check for fuel we need to crank the engine and spray some starter fluid in the intake and see if it fires. If not, pull a plug and hold it against the block and crank the engine to make sure you have spark.

Lastly we need to run a compression check just to ensure that is okay.

If you don't have fuel or spark then we may have a theft issue. Is the security light on?
