Truck has been sitting all winter. Fuel pressure 55 PSI KOEO. Has injector signal from PCM. When cranking rpm shows 330-390 RPMs. Has spark. When trying to start WOT starts for a second then shuts off. Truck was running everyday prior to this. Has new battery and plugs and wires. No codes.

Good morning,

Does the theft or security light go out after about 10 seconds with the key on?

This sounds like the security system is shutting it down. I attached a guide below for you to try to see if it gets it out of the security lock.

Okay, if you spray some starter fluid in the air filter, does it start and stall?

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/car-cranks-but-wont-start

I would also check the compression to be sure the timing chain is good. You need 140-160 pounds.

Okay, that is good.

What about spraying the starter fluid in the air filter? Did it start and stall?

When I squirted fuel into throttle plate I had to step on accelerator as if it was flooded. It did not start with extra fuel being squirted into the throttle plate.

After you shut the engine off, does the fuel pressure bleed down? Looking to see if you may have an injector leaking.

Then the next step is to check fuel quality. From sitting a long time, the fuel itself may be the issue.
